Client activity shows lots of connections to 69.42.x.x:25!

I have Wingate installed, and the Client activity shows a number of connections to 69.42.x.x on port 25. I guess is some spam attempts or a virus on my LAN?! Please help!

Check out what client machine initiates these connections. Then run an antivirus and trojan detector there (AdAware or Spybot will do).
