DNS Service Error

I am getting error ID 0506 in the System Messages - "Service startup complete or partial failure.Check your bindings".
When I go & check the DNS bindings it shows "Error" in the staus of both Internal loopback as well as Local area connection.
What could be the problem?
Just for your info Wingate has been reinstalled on another PC and its trial period has been extended.

Do you have another DNS Server running on port 53? Run "netstat -an" from the command prompt with WinGate stopped and check to see if there is anything else listening on port 53.
