We are having a problem with Wingate NAT that has just appeared after some months of operation. The Wingate Server is Wingate 6.0.3 (with your diver for XP SP2). Clients connect via WIngate NAT. Everything has workerd quite well for months. Thank you!
Last Thursday, a problem appeared with Hotmail that has persisted since then. Users logging into Hotmail are able to negotiate a login with MS Passport, but unable to view their mailboxes. The network connection to Hotmail times out before the mailbox appears. I drove down to the plant today to check on the situation. I find the problem does not occur with WGIC or the WWW Proxy. However, when connecting with Wingate NAT, the problem occurs 100% of the time on all workstaions.
This problem never occured prior to last Thursday. I have reinstallled Wingate and reinstalled a test client on a previously unformatted hard disk. The problem persists. I have checked for spyware/viruses on the Wingate server and network. There are no viruses or spyware.
