Somebody deleted the GateFilter plugin, rather than uninstalling it.

For the following instructins you must be comfortable using the registry editor and should have an appropriate backup.

Look under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Qbik Software \ WinGate \ Datascanning plugins for the GateFilter registry key. Remove the key that refers to it and the message should be gone too.
