Using WinGate and clients keep getting error web pages

We are using WinGate v5 and it is on a server with two NIC cards, one connects the the ADSL modem and one to the rest of the network. Users logon and the proxy settings are in affect on Internet Explorer and they use the internet and after a while and every so often they get the following error:

The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Open the forums.qbik.com home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the Back button to try another link.
Click Search to look for information on the Internet.



HTTP 404 - File not found

If they press f3 or "Go" on IE the page often actually comes up but not always, then you try Google or somthing and it works fine.
I cannot suss this prolem out.
Other info about our network:
^ We use a domain controller (seperate from the internet/ wingate server)
^ The problem started when we changed the internet server over.

How is DNS configured on the WinGate server? Are you part of an Active Directory domain?
