Witch Cable Modem doesn't work

Hi!
Windows 2000 Professional with SP4, and installed all path.
Network adapters:
Internal - PCI Ethernet Realtek RTL8029(AS)
External - Terayon Cable Modem (NDIS 5)
Witch Dialup work, witch Cable Modem doesn't work, while connecting user to Internet servers in Activity Window GateKeeper - http://. Witch server Wingate pings users computers, and internet servers.
Help!!!!

What version of Wingate was it?

Aye - there is an application called Advanced Options - you can run it from Wingate menu in Start menu of Windows - locate a page called "Hardware specific" on the left and tick checkbox "8029 workaround". Then click OK and reboot the machine.
