Hi,

You can open a port in the WinGate firewall in Extended Networking.

To open a port:

Double click Extended Networking
Select Port Security
Click Add
Type a description (optional)
Select "internet computers to the WinGate PC"
Select TCP/UDP or both
Enter the port range that you wish to open, eg 7171 to 7171
Redirect to the client machine if necessary
Click ok,
You should now see the port opening in the Port Security list

OK, i was configured step by step, in the way that you told for me, but i cant play on client machine. =(

For more information take a look at the FAQsin the guide section at www.tibia.com

I have instaled on client machine the Wingate Internet Client, and i have the NAT service fully functional.

Are you running the game server or are your clients connecting out through WinGate?

For connections out you don't need to open ports, as by default all ports are allowed out.

How are your LAN clients connecting to the WinGate server? Are you using a proxy, NAT or WGIC connection?

Ok, let´s go!

I don´t run the server game. The game it´s a RPG on-line, servers around the world, and need a fully functional TCP/IP connection.
In Server Machine of my LAN i can play normal, but in the client´s machine the game can´t find a server to connect. Remember the server it´s out of my LAN.
I tried TCP mapping service, open port, with NAT, without NAT,
with/ without WGIC.

Watching i see two diferent message error in diferent client machines:
Error: Error while resolving server name
Error: Server name does not exist

Thanks for attention!!

Connections out through WinGate do not require you to open a port on the firewall by default. It sounds like you're having trouble resolving the name of the remote server, how have you got DNS configured on the network?

Are the client machines pointing at the WinGate server for their default gateway and DNS server?
