DHCP DNS assign problem

I've recently re-installed Wingate 6.0.4 but have a problem with DHCP assigning DNS servers.
Under 'DHCP Mode' I've set it to 'manual' and added Router and DNS server (10.0.0.1) to Global options and the scope's options. But still clients get DHCP info with gateway correct but DNS servers as 192.168.1.2 which is and old address of my external adapter.

Now there is constantly connections on port 53 that stays till timing out.
