Importing Settings from Other Installation

I am planning to install Wingate on a new clients W2000 network. I have another client that is running 4.1 and I want to transfer all the settings from their WinGate machine to the new client's WinGate machine. I intend to upgrade the other client system after I have got the new client's system up and running. Is this possible? Is there a way to import settings or certain settings?
