Is there any way to change the log files ext. of users audit from the ext. of .log to .txt

Hi

WinGate doesn't have a configuration option for this.

Do you need this so you can import it or read it or something? There may be a way around this issue.

I wish there is the ability to do so cos MS text driver for ODBC is not supporting other than csv or txt

AFAIK there is no way around than renaming it manually which cant be done to the current in use files (rename is denied)

OK, I just put a registry override into the engine. Keep an eye out for the next release, you will be able to set the log file extension from the registry.

Another problem I've found is that most MS products, e.g. Access, Excel, won't recognize the double dot format of the file name ( date.time.log) from any of their macros.

Is there any way around this?
