Monthly report Internet usage

I want to create a monthly usage report on Internet usage. Is there some one who already has this implemented?

I dont want to re-invent the wheel :P

There are third party utilities that can do this for you such as Proxy Inspector for WinGate, Saw Mill, and Internet Access Monitor to name a few.
