How to use Bandwidth control

Hi,

I would like to know how to create a rule to control de bandwidth of the SMTP Server.
When a lot of e-mail is being sent, the internet hangs.

I'm using the Wingate 6.1.1 (build 1077).

Hi

The matching rule would be all TCP traffic where the destination port is 25.

PS, you can limit the number of threads that WinGate will use for sending mail - this could be an easier way to cut down on traffic for this.

GateKeeper->Email->Delivery->Use maximum [ ] threads for delivery
