Hi, we were using version 6.03 with no problems. At work we have 6 computers and use Norton Internet Security 2006 on all of our machines. I had one computer recently start to say "user cannot access this service", i then saw there was an upgrade and upgraded to the 6.11 version hoping that it might help correct the problem. However, now the only machine that connects is the server, all others are denied access.
I have no idea how to reset back to defaults without totally removing and reinstalling. I havent done this yet as im worried abouty losing the license.
