How can i import a list of URLs, to the BAN LIST automaticaly?

Unfortunately, there is no interface in WinGate to allow you to do that. You will need to manually enter it the first time. Once it is entered you can replicate it into other policies by editing the registry.

There is also a plugin for WinGate that may be aligned to your content filtering requirements; I have added an image below for your information. You can import a list into that (2nd image below); it has a format similar to below:

www.google.com|URL|Allow
www.google.co.nz|URL|Allow
