wingate ,outlook express with trend micro office scan

Dear All,
I am using the wingate with trand micro antivirus.When i enable the real time pop3 scanning in trendmico the pop3 setting in outlook express chenges to localhost.We are using the two pop3 proxy server for two differnet account ,It download the mails for the service port 110 and for services port 8110 it gives the error .
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Accent', Server: 'localhost', Protocol: POP3, Port: 8110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Pls tell how to sort out this problem so that trend micro run in parellel.

Is the service on port 8110 bound to the right adapters? Socket error 10061 indicates "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. "
