Outlook Login Problem

Dear Friends,

i have wingate 6.X , i enable wingate basic security option in www proxym, its working very good . i disable guest user also. before this outlook working good , but now when i start outlook there is login window comes for login to my server i enter all username ans password like :- wingate user or email user also but its unable to login to server for get mails from my email server

before this i use my login like this googleice@doamin.com#mail.doamin.com
and my password
its working but after enable security nothing happen

Is there any 'System messages' about authentication errors when you try POP mail?
