Email 6.1.4 send/receive

Hi,

Have just installed trial of 6.1.4 and want to run mail, virus and VPN in addition to internet share. Having probs with mail. We have used wingate troublefree for many years.

All set to send/receive mail from domain at ISP (mail.domain.com, smtp.domain.com). Wingate looking to isp, Pc's (outlook) looking to wingate local machine ip. Receiving fine but not sending from outlook. Must be missing something in the setup but not seeing it? Ideas?

Also want to spam screen 97% of mail - using spameater/mailwasher on PC's but looking into openprotect server side. Have over 500 domains generating email/business but spam level is unmanageable. How can I screen out through wingate??

Probably in GateKeeper --> SYSTEM TAB --> EMAIL --> DELIVERY.

Here enable delivery and the remote gateway if you are to use Wingate's mail server should be all that is needed.

No need to enable client side authentication for sending too.
