Allowing Only specified IPs to access a port

Hi I'm running Wingate ver. 6.14 and i want to limit outside WAN access to certain ports for servers that i have on the network. For example i only want two public IP address to have access to telnet.

I have tried at looking at everything but its just a bit much for me. I'm familiar with router setups but this one is new for me so any help would be appreciated.

i dun think the above post answer the question.
I am also having the same problem
i wanna opem port 1433 and redirect to a particular port but i only wanna allow one public IP not the whole internet.
How do i do that.Thanks
