Windows auto update

Latest version of Wingate--For the past several monthly update cylcles, the workstations behind Wingate do not download the Windows Critical updates automatically. If I overtly invoke the microsoft update, it works fine (slow but it does work). The laptops that go home with users on a regular basis however, are generally updated. Are there any known issues with Microsoft Auto update and Wingate? TIA.

Hi

There was a known issue prior to 6.2, with the HTTP head command. The workaround for this was to reduce session timeout on the WWW proxy.

Is this still set low for you? Could actually cause some timeouts.

It is set to 60--too low? too High? I think that is the default?
