OK. You will have to use the accounting feature of WG. Using GateKeeper, if you open up the properties for the particular user, you will notice there is an Accounting Tab. Here is listed among other things the Seconds on line. This shows accumulated time that user has been "online" for all uses. If you click on the Reset button this value will go to zero and start all over again once user connects. So this is how you manually reset the time for the user.
Next ,you have to set up a policy for this user such that the policy states the user has access as long as the Seconds on line is less than 3600 (1 hour) or whatever you want for a time limit. Once this limit has been reached user will be denied access until their account Seconds on line has been reset by you. If this is to be reset on a regular basis, like once per day, you can have WG schedule an automatic reset so you don't have to do it! As an example of the System policy you would need for this user - open up System Policies in GateKeeper, edit the Everyone group properties, go to the Advanced tab, select Specify which requests..., add filter, add criterion, select This criterion is NOT met if, select User:Username from first drop down box, equals from second drop down box and in third box enter the user name. This policy stops the user from using this policy. Now OK back to System policies and click on Add and set up an account for the user, click on the Advanced tab and as above add a new filter and criterion such that policy says This Criterion is met if User:Seconds on line less than 3600 and OK back out. Try this and let us know how you make out.
