Usage Auditing

Dear sir/madam,

thinking to setup Wingate as my Internet access gateway, allowing use login from any where within the building (5 stories).
but i thinking to charge them according how long they surfing the net.
so i'm wondering can wingate help me to do the calculation?
very simple calculation. as long as more then an hour will charge let said USD1.
so when they logout immediately the counter while notified how much they suppose to pay.

please advice me which version of wingate should i go for?
