UPGRADE

I have Wingate 6.1.4 installed and I want to upgrade to the latest version 6.2.1. When I start installation I am asked to ACTIVATE the product.
Do I need to DEACTIVATE and ACTIVATE?
What is the procedure to upgrade?

Jorge, I did the same the other day on one of the systems I administer and I believe in the "small print" there it says if you are already activated just to proceed with the install. That is all I did and the install went just fine.
