Automatic authentication?

Postby Maxthon » Aug 24 07 12:32 pm

Hi!
Exuse me if the question has already been discussed, though I failed to find the answer here.

I'm a client in a local network served by Wingate, and I have 6.2.2 (client) version installed on my WinXP Home SP2.

Every time I turn my computer on I see an authentication window where I type my username and password. Then it's OK, everything works. Sometimes I'm asked about login-password more then once, probably because there are several internet-requiring applications starting together with the OS.

The question is whether it is possible to save my login and password and not to type it again and again every time I reboot my PC or turn it on.

Thanks in advance. Forgive my English.[/b]

You should talk to your System Administrator for issues you have on your local network.
The changes between version 6.x releases can be reviewed here:
