qbikhkxp.sys error.

Hi,

I receive an error of qbikhkxp.sys error. Windows reboot, What does it mean and how can i prevent receiving this type of error?, i have wingate 6.2.1 and windows 2003 server r2

Hmmm, that is no good.

What you could do is to boot into safe mode perhaps and delete [or rename] the file qbikhkxp.sys which from memory could be located in the directory \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\ does that help?

The error could be due to hardware in conflict with Wingate's NDIS hook driver qbikhkXP.sys as a guess.

Have you any other firewall / ICS present on the System as I have Win2k3 R2 and nil conflicts with this driver.

Hi,

If it was blue screen reboot, you might consider sending us a memory.dmp file (normally it is located in \windows\minidump directory). Did it happen right after you install Wingate?

hello, it reviews memory.dmp with windbg, it indicates that the problem is with the file qbikhkXP.sys, that I do? Thanks
