sharing internet connection through vpn

hi, is it possible using wingate to share your internet connection through a vpn? using windows 2003 server 1 network card.
What i need is basically access a webservice located in an external server (the external server) wich can only be accessed through certain ip addresss (the server), so i want to be able to access this webservice from my workstation. The problem is the server is a dedicated server in the internet so i can only access this server via remote desktop or vpn.

I've just create an incoming connection (allowed vpn connections) from the network preferences panel (windows 2003 server), and then just connect it through it.
