Are you trying to block a particular IP on your Lan or stop users from accessing a particular IP?

There is a KB article which covers this in depth availible here:

Alternatively, If you just want to stop that IP address from using any WinGate services at all, you could simply black hole that IP in the Extended Networking Service.

If you arn't using the ENS driver at the moment, then I don't suggest installing it just for the black hole feature. It would be more suitable for you to follow Jason's guidance and use policies to control who is allowed to use WinGate.

Just on a side note, WinGate 5.x is a very old version of WinGate now. Did you know that you can use your existing WinGate 5.x will activate the latest versions of WinGate? You will be able to take advantage of the years of maintenance performed on the features you purchased in your 5.x license. I highly suggest upgrading to the latest version.

What you can do is to apply a policy in a Service [or System Policy then apply that to a service]
which denies access to a client IP on your internal network, is that what you are trying to do?

This is how it would look: Image

Oh, upgrade to V6.x too, your licence will still work the same!

Without knowing your current configuration, it's extremely hard to give a step by step guide. If you can send the following information from your WinGate to either Nev's or my own email address, one of us can then use this information to give you a guide to setup this policy on top of what you already have configured.

Alternatively, you might be better off contacting the Qbik Support helpdesk with the following information directly if you want a faster solution for your question.

http://support.qbik.com/index.php

1. WinGate Registry.
GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Registry

2. WinGate Config Report
GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Config Report

3. ipconfig/all from one LAN Client, and the WinGate Server
(Windows) Start menu --> Run --> cmd --> ipconfig/all >> C:\ipa.txt
