there are several ways to block individual users.

It depends on how you wish to use WinGate.

* You can choose which IP addresses are allowed to use WinGate
* You can choose which user accounts are allowed to use WinGate

To "block" something, you simply don't allow it, which in practise means permissions need to be selective enough to not allow stuff you don't want.

Do you want to block per user per service, or per IP for everything or what?

Hi

The most simple way to block an IP is to edit the policy for System Policies.

GateKeeper->Users tab->System policies.

Edit the recipient Everyone (should be the only one in there) under "users can access services"

Click on the "locations" tab.
Select "specify locations from where this recipient has rights"

add "*" to "Included locations"
Add whatever IPs you want to block to "excluded locations".

Then those excluded IP addresses won't be granted access.
