translate source Ip,Why?

Postby nhpok » Jan 21 08 3:29 pm

Winagte:10.129.4.133(external)——192.168.30.254(internal),
Lan Webserver:192.168.30.1
ENS——port security——port range configuration:

Internet computers to the Wingate (checked) Tcp(checked),
port :80 to 80
Action: Redirect packet to IP address :192.168.30.1,
Dont translate source IP (checked)

but in Webserver log file, the IP address translated into 192.168.30.254,like this:

"#Fields: date time cs-uri-stem cs-uri-query c-ip sc-status
2008-01-19 16:01:12 /main/index.asp - 192.168.30.254 200
2008-01-19 16:01:12 /main/images/lib-font.gif - 192.168.30.254 200
2008-01-19 16:01:12 /main/images/icon5.gif - 192.168.30.254 200"

Why???

What activity (if any) do you see in GateKeeper when this is happening?

We haven't had any problems with this option before, so that IP being logged to me indicates the connection is going via a different method and is being made by the WinGate machine (on behalf of the client) as a proxy.
