Spamming Software REQ.

hi,
I want to block spaming email. I am using mdeamon as a mail server and wingate as a proxy server. I want a Third party software to block spamming email. plz guid me which software is best for blocking spamming email.

We use SpamAssassin and have found it to be very effective. You might want to see if it integrates with MDeamon. SA is available at no cost, which makes it a very nice addition indeed.

MDaemon also has an antispam product based on Commtouch RPD, which we have also been developing a mail plugin with. It's really good - extremely extremely low false positive rate. In fact I didn't get any in over 20,000 spams detected so stopped even accepting anything this thing considered to be spam.

It's called SecurityPlus for MDaemon. I think it also has AV in there as well.
