All PC users employing NTLM authentication & working fine via IE v7 proxy (10.10.10.x Port 80).

Is there a method I can bring into force a few Macs to get Internet data through Wingate v6.x (latest)?

Hi

I don't know if Tiger will support NTLM, but somehow I doubt it, in which case your best option is probably to allow HTTP basic auth, and change your WWW proxy policies to allow users that are assumed (rather than authenticated).
