The server name represents the domain name, or name used to access the server. The full URL including the resource is not part of the the server name so won't be checked.
For example, in the following URL;
http://www.wingate.com/support.php
The servername is "www.wingate.com".
To create policies based on resource, you will need to use the WWW Proxy Policies which provide more filters specific to HTTP traffic.
- Gatekeeper -> Services -> WWW Proxy Server -> Policies
- Change the default rights to are ignored or must also be granted
- Click Add
- Goto the Advanced tab
- Select specify which requests this recipient has rights for
- Click Add Filter
- Click Add Criterion
Open the first drop down box to see the available filters. The filter you should use is "HTTP URL" which will check the entire url, not just the server name.
You can find out more about each filter in the help file.
