Don't think so, however the good news is that Wingate 2008 will. :)

You could use a virtualization application like Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 to load a Guest OS on your computer that WinGate is compatible with. You can then install and run WinGate from the Guest OS instead of the Host OS, that is until WinGate 2008 is released of course.
