Wingate do not show user name in history or collect accounti

Hi,
I'm a new with wingate and i have a slight problem i setup open connection with no restrictions for now and i requier authentication, when users surf the net some of them are correctly authenticated and listed in history and some are not listed at all (entry is there with a ip of the PC and user name field is empty and in WGName is Guest. I setup all the PC same and some are showing correct info and colleting accounting and some do not. I use a Windows accounts for authentication and wingate server have all the same users created like other pc with same passwords. Also what i did notice is that Dial window do not show on some of the PC when they start Internet explorer and some do.
I need to track internet usage and bendwith per user.

Sounds like you have some kind of configuration error/conflict happening. Possibly conflicting policies?
