So when you enable the ban list you cant get through to any websites? Is that correct?

If so it sounds like you may have a problem with the way you have constructed your banlist, please go through each entry and make sure you don't have anything that could block all sites. An example would be if you had either of the following rules in your ban list

- "this criterion is met" if "http URL" "contains" "com"

This would block all sites that contain a "com" in the URL

- this "criterion" is" "NOT met" if http URL contains "example.com"
As this is a ban list basically this criterion is saying "if this website is NOT example.com then block it" effectively blocking all sites except the one you actually wanted to block.

Alternatively you could create a support ticket and attach your registry file so that we can take a look for you

Hi Imran,

Could you create a support ticket at the help desk and include the following information please. I'll take a look at your configuration and see if I can point out what's going wrong for you. Cheers.

1. WinGate Registry
GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Registry

2. WinGate Config Report
GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Config Report
