one thing to note - you need an enterprise license to be able to use Arp spoofing in WinGate.
It's on the network adapter properties advanced tab in GateKeeper.
Basically you can use it to get WinGate to respond to ARP requests for any IP you like (or subnet) with the MAC address of the WinGate machine. It can only respond with the WinGate MAC, you don't get to set that.
A trial license will also give you access to this feature.
