Hi, I would like to enable an encrypted tcp forwarding to a server on my network that is restricted to authenticated users. I wish to do so to encrypt sessions for an unsecure tcp application that will be accessed by users over the internet. I have tried to use WGIC on the client by registering the specific user application , but it appears that WGIC always gets enabled to all system aplications, even though I have unchecked that choice. Can WGIC be set to be active only for registered user applications? Also, when I do make a connection with WGIC active, for example with telnet.exe, I get some junk characters and digits (some sort of session number?), then the connection is dropped after 5 seconds. What else can I look for?
