Problem with Traffic monitor

can anyone tell me why some features is not enable on my wingate.

i can not access the traffic monitor and under the extended network driver, i can only see the general folder and nothing else, am i doing something wrong.

i really need to know why some features are not enable.

Check your license key. The Traffic Monitor (For example) is disabled if you have an expired license key OR if you do not have the rights to log-in remotely OR if you are not logged into GateKeeper.

You'd need to be logged in to see the Extended Networking section, and you'd have the appropriate right (As the only requirement is a Plus or greater license key). So, I think the problem is with the license.

Are you running WinGate with an older license key ? (I.e. a 4.x or 3.x license key ?)
