Our WinGate engine no longer stars, and upon attempting to start the service it immediately consumes ~580MB of RAM, and never gets past the 'starting' stage. I figured it was because the antivirus (Kaspersky) expired, so I ran the uninstaller and it still does the same thing. The amount of "restarts" of the Wingate service required for it to keep functioning had been increasing lately. However, now it no longer starts at all.
I followed the instructions for deleteing the history files (as they are a 'common issue' relating to this), but that has not yet resolved it. I would have used the support system, but I was unable to create an account (never got an email on various email addresses I used).
We are running WinGate version 6.2.2.1137 according to the right-click properties of the engine executable.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated, as we are a relatively large site.
