Multiple Users behinde same IP

I know you can set the IP address so that multiple users behinde that address are all required to login with there own account. But I want to know if there is a way to have that setup for all IP addresses. I dont want to have to always be adding different IP addresses when ever a set of clients are behinde a new ip address. There must be a way to have Multi users turned on by default for all users.

Multiuser IP support in Wingate was added mainly for Terminal Service-type handling, where there might be multiple active users currently being logged in and using networking connectivity through Wingate - then WIngate will not "overwrite" currently active user for this IP address, but rather allow multiple user contexts to be active for the same IP address. Is it what you were referring to?
