Wingate support facetime which run on Apple MAC ?

We haven't tested it, but in general we expect WinGate will support everything. Are you having a problem with facetime that you would like assistance with?

i have tested facetime through wingate socks proxy server, but failed. Not sure if facetime not proxy aware or not supported by wingate.

we have enabled the network capture and found the facetime traffic will access the apple website directly instead go through the wingate. Anyone know how to force the Facetime traffic go through socks server ?

That's probably a question better suited for apples tech support. Have you tried connecting via plain NAT? I've been doing a bit of googling on apple factime and proxy servers, and it sounds like NAT is the only way to go.
