Mails from Out Side

Hi,

We have Wingate Server at our Head office and We would like to connect Wingate mail server through Internet and send & receive emails to all.

We have given in outlook as below

incoming mail server : xx.xxx.xx.xxx ( our static ip of wingate mail server)
outgoing mails server : xx.xxx.xx.xxx ( our static ip of wingate mail server)

Here we can receive mails from wingate server but unable to send. Please advise

Hi

I note you have an open support ticket on this issue.

I'm not altogether clear what problem you are seeing however. Are you saying

a) Outlook can't send to WinGate's SMTP server
b) WinGate can't deliver mail out onto the internet
c) WinGate doesn't receive any mail from the internet?
