Does the content or virus filter block malware sites?

Was wonder if The content filter plugin or the virus scanner would automatically block known websites that downloads adware and spyware?

Not that I know of. OpenDNS does a good job of blocking access by not resolving known problem sites.

When I go to the opendns site it says I have to get a business license to block malware sites but I'm just a home user

For their top of the line protection I think that's correct. I believe the phishing protection (PhishTank) comes with the free subscription.
