Do you know how the client is connecting to the server?

Do other internet applications work on the client machine?

Did mail ever work? Is this a new mail client install? Did you just upgrade?

Hi,

We have problems with the smtp service, because users can´t send email. The configuration is ok and it was working well, but without any reason, it's not working anymore.

I had read another messages about this problem but i can't find a solution.

Hello,

First thing to check is the kind of internet access you are using. Are you connecting via proxy settings, NAT or WGIC? If you have configured the proxy settings in the "internet options/conections/LAN Options" section in Control Panel. Proxy setting require different settings in Email clients.
