Wingate7 users not authenticated

When looking in the log users showing up as "unknown".
I have my old Wingate6 (XP) up and running so the clients (win7) is working correct.

But i am missing some little detail. The policy works fine when i am not involving auth, the policy is a simple whitelist.

AD is working in wingate7 the users/groups is showing up when i create policys.
Service www proxy has NTLM enabled, but the users is showing up as "unknown".
What have i missed?

As part of your policy you will need to add a check to see if they are authenticated.

To check if they are authenticated you use a user/group check to see if they are a member of the 'Authenticated Users' group if they are then continue along the policy otherwise use a 'Auth' 'Result'.

Thanks, that was the problem and now its working!
