How to Authenticate socks proxy users...?HELp

Hi..please any body Help me out here..

I am using wingate 5.2.2 with win 2000 SP4...
All is going well
....
right now i am using java authentication for my clients and using a rule..
that is
IF a Client IS a DHCPclient and THE USER Location is
127.0.0.1
192.168.0.60 <Diffrent for diffrent clients>
then user is going to use the net...
i had to define each use maunally...in the www proxy, socks proxy,
ftp and WRS....
..............
But now on i am Planning to move on three servers....
one for www proxy... ISDN 128
one for socks proxy...ISDN 64
one for WRS...ISDN 128
......................
so for the www proxy it's all working fine
but for the socks proxy i want to use the SOCKS proxy authentications...
i want my client to use socks proxy and give the ID and Pass...
and i will check..if the user is a DHCP client and have a My Defined IP..
then he is going to use the socks proxy...
i am having much troubble...i can't authenticate my client Properly...
In the System log..my clients r still authenticating with GUEST account...
why???

and i have a question here for u PEEPS...

www proxy servers ip is 192.168.0.1
Lets suppose i am a client..IP is 192.168.0.60
i give my id and pass on the java....
....
now for the socks proxy... IP is 192.168.0.4
if i define this rule in the Police...is this is going to work..?
rule is
if the user authentication LEVEL is Greater then 1..
then the user is going to use this service...
will this work..?

and i have a one More Probelm here...
i was using the wingte DHCP server....
my Client was useing the range of
192.168.0.1 to 192.168.254.254
subnet mask is 255.255.0.0
.....
then some one Tried to Disturbed me..
someone From my network Installed the win2000 DHCP server
and users were going to have there Ip form His server..Not form mine...
then for the Reason i have to Build up a Domain and Then i installed the win200 DHCP and Authorized it run it on the NETWORK...
.....
but now winget Did not Reconize them that if my client is a DHCP CLIENT or not...
but on the other side my all clients r DHCP clients
So this is making a Much more Disturbious sitiuation....
any idea how to Prevent this probelm....

and one more thing....
is there any way to Give Each user Specifice amout of Bandwidth....
or each port a Delecated bandwidth...?
and is there any way in the wingate to Update there Cache Content Automatically.... and is there any way to update all the wingate server in the network with the main servers cache ......?
