Simple Proxy.... does tihis plugin works on this?

I'm about to create a proxy with a simple transparent http proxy (Service on port 80 and all clients have server IP as gateway). All users (no user/password) does use webmail services or outlook express. NAT will be enabled for all ftp, pop, smtp connections (only http will be cached via http proxy service). Will kaspersky plug in scan for viruses when users get mail from webmail services and OE clients?

You can turn on Transparent Redirection for POP3 and FTP (as well as telnet, SMTP, RTSP etc), which will push those NAT conenctions through the proxies which do give you the benifit of Anti Virus.

In Gatekeeper if you go in to each Service's properties, and then under the Session tab you will see a tick box labelled 'Redirect ENS and WGIC sessions'. By ticking this you will redirect these connections through the proxy.
