Unsinstall Wingate ... break MSN Messenger

I just installed/uninstalled Wingate, i am now unable to connect to msn messenger anymore.

I NEVER configured MSN with proxy setting.

Here what i did to try to fix this mess caused by wingate

1. Reboot
2. Uninstall/Install Messenger
3. Clear cache
4. Clear cookie
5. Disable/Enable NIC

i repeat, there is no proxy configuration in messenger. I receive an error 0x81000301 when i try to connect, even if i am connected to the internet.

WINGATE broke my msn.

What should i do
