Problem configuring wingate

I have win2003 server and I'm running intranet website on it.I need wingate to restrict access to internet web sites in daytime.I have another computer for firewall and DHCP server.How can I configure Wingate to restrict access to internet sites,and grant access to intranet in the same time.I use Time polices on www proxy server in wingate.
Can anyone help me. (I am new in Wingate)

There is a policy setting available in WWW policies called "Is Proxy request".

If you say run your web server on a port other than port 80, then run WinGate WWW Proxy on port 80, and on the non-proxy requests tab set it to pipe through to another server, enter the IP and port of the intranet server.

Then you can control access to the intranet server, through the proxy, and also control access to Internet sites as well.
