No Response on port

Grrrr. Running Wingate ver 4.5.1. Anytime the machine is restarted the bindings to the nic for the Lan go away. Always have to go back under Remote Control Services and then Bindings tab and add the IP to the LAN card back and select "Connections will be accepted on the following interface only" then save. We do this at least 2x daily. The bindings just go away.
I have the Wingate engine service on Manual. Reading another post for the suggestion, to no avail.

Anyone know why?

I would suggest upgrading to the latest version. Your valid license key will allow you an upgrade. We did have a problem with this in earlier versions.

could you just clarify for me what happens? Is this the network card that faces the LAN, ie your internal IP address, eg 192.168.0.1? Is it disappearing completely or just moving from the bound area to the available area?

Are you selecting connections will be accepted on the following interface only and putting your internal IP address there instead of the localhost address? What if you select specify interfaces connections will be accepted on and have both the localhost address and your internal IP address there.

Does it only happen if you restart the machine? What if you just stop and start the engine?
