How to configure user accounts to access email only or web browsing only

You wouldn't do this in the user accounts. I assume that you have your users authenticating in some form. If you've got then, then the best option is to setup the appropriate policies to do that.

There are articles in the Knowledge Base that deals with setting up different kinds of policies.

You can also refer to the helpfile, which has good instructions on configuring different policies.

Help files and Knowledgebase

Qbik has to try to make the Knowledgebase and Help files a little easy to use ..... like a Knowledgebase for Dummies.....

Those three articles give you examples of what you can do with policies. In the helpfile, if you do an Index Search for the word "policies" you will be guided to a few sections which are quite helpful.
